The Senior Citizen Walking Program is a year round program held at Veterans Hall Gymnasium. Seniors are encouraged to participate weekday mornings under the following schedule:
Mon./Wed./Fri. 8:15am - 10:00am
Tue./Thu. 8:15am - 9:00am
Mon. - Fri. 12:00 - 1:00pm
Laps around the gym can be recorded and your mileage charted, as well as using the time to socialize with other seniors in the area. All new participants are asked to fill out a waiver form the first day they attend. This program is free of charge!
