The Senior Citizen Tai Chi & Stretch program is held at Veterans Hall Gymnasium on Thursday mornings, 10:15am - 11:00am. The program can be done at varying levels of intensity and can easily be adjusted to fit the level you need. Senior Citizen Tai Chi & Stretch instructor is Debbie Roy. All participants are asked to fill out a waiver form the first time they attend. This program is free of charge! This program moves to Gallien's Beach for the summer months.
