Public comment on the document will be accepted through October 2, 2009. Written comments may be submitted to the Federal Highway Administration
or the New Hampshire Department of Transportation at the addresses provided below. There will also be an opportunity for public comment at a public
hearing that will be held on September 22, 2009, at 7:00 p.m., located at the Derry Municipal Center, 14 Manning Street, Derry, New Hampshire.
