Community Care Givers

Community Caregivers assist those that are frail, elderly, temporarily or permanently disabled and those individuals recuperating from or dealing with chronic illness. Caregivers covers the towns of Derry, Londonderry, Windham, Sandown, Chester and Hampstead. There is no charge for services.  Services include help with errands, visitations, chores, limited respite care, transportation, referrals, and a Loaner’s Closet for durable medical equipment.

Gateways for Seniors

Supports in home senior care and provides a full range of personal care and homemaker services and are licensed by the State of NH since 2002.  Care is either privately paid for or if the senior is eligible through the NH Medicaid Choices for Independance a consumer directed program.

Granite State Independent Living (GSIL) is a statewide nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote lie with independence for people with disabilities and those experiencing the natural process of aging through advocacy, information, education and support.   They carry out their mission through Home Care Services, Community-Based Disability Supports and Employment Services.

The mission of New Hampshire Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation is to assist eligible New Hampshire citizens with disabilities secure suitable employment and financial and personal independence by providing rehabilitation services.


A national organization that promotes independence, security and joy through the provision of in-home care and assistance to seniors and disabled adults. Right at Home caregivers are screened, trained, bonded and insured employees who provide services from a few hours per week to around-the-clock based on individual needs.
