The Town of Derry has retained Hoyle, Tanner & Associates to prepare a design to reconstruct the Fordway Bridge. Preliminary survey and geotechnical work was conducted last year. At this stage, a preliminary design has been completed.
The Town will be seeking a Wetlands Permit and complete the design by September 2009 with possible construction starting in Spring 2010. A public meeting has been scheduled for August 25, 2009 at 3:00 pm at the Derry Municipal Center, 3rd floor to review the preliminary plans.
